Wait so did you fix the hellfires so that the second volley will always lock_

No. You will still have to manually lock on, if that's what you mean_

So were supposed to lock on twice in the same hellfire click_

Fixed XP bonus indicators being left as bright blue orbs in-game.

I hope the devs realize its not just XP indicators leaving the blue orbs, its also enemy spotted as well.

Hellfire volleys have a tendency to go astray at times is what he was getting at I think.  Half will lock on the the other will wiz away into the great blue yonder (not always but sometimes).

My concern with the hellfires was never their lock on time or their damage but rather their spread at close range, you can fire nearly point blank at a turret and half your missiles are going to miss somehow quite often.  They also seem to have a comparatively weak AOE compared to a tow for example.

Also if I might inquire Hager, what is with the recent dev preoccupation with the mini flak_  Most feel it was fine as it was at the start of open beta and I as a scout player agree.  If you have any plans or ideas to share about the future vision for the mechs I am sure that we would all be very eager to hear it.

Blindly assuming your feedback isn't being listened to/considered is disappointing. If you have specific concerns (with this patch) we'd love to hear it.

Aww. I really liked the reticle bouncing around and whatnot. Added a nice touch of immersion. Any chance we'll be able to see that return as an option in the future_

I read this as meaning that the feature is no longer experimental, but rather the new default.

Im not blindly assuming anything. Since alpha a few threads have popped up about kill cams. While there have been a few supporters, the overwhelming response has been no. And thats just talking about this patch. Do i really need to bring up the surprise 7 second Emp buff_ The communities overwhelming dissatisfaction with countermeasures_

"A lot of times they don't even have to be telling us what to think. We can take the data. We can look at how the people are playing and just figure out our next steps on how to make the game better"

Has the mature/competitive community been wrong to boycott the EMP and REV-GL. No stats to prove how truly broken these are so no proper fix_

I had intended to organize a match where competitive players would play a no hold barres game to prove to the devs what mechanics are truly abusable and overpowered. But i have lost a lot of my passion for the game seeing the past few pathches and i am not the only one. Furthermore it would be a pain in the ass to organize.

If you don't play with things you assume are overpowered, the devs won't have stats on them to look at, and your feedback will be less informed.

We must make the game unpleasant for people in order to make our feedback heard_ sounds like a poor idea to me. We have the skills the knowledge and the game experience of the mechanics to provide proper feedback, we shouldnt have to be unpleasant to the masses to gather a minimal amount of data for the devs to look at. The amount of people who can sucessfully break the game with REV-GL and EMP are not enough to show a significant fluctuation in the data.

I'm not attempting to speak for Kirby, but perhaps you could talk more specifically to the concerning bullet points in these posted patch notes_ Please keep in mind some changes take longer than a few weeks to address so what might be an immediate priority item to you, might very well be in the works already (probably is, HA!). Rather than cover our entire backlog and scheduled work calendar (that would take a long long long time and bore too many to death), what about these notes are causing a bit of the ol' feather ruffling_

I am just not a fan of Kill-Cams. I do like plenty of what's happening. Can't wait for a content patch though. Hopefully the Bruiser would be at least playable.

Not yet but soon. There are a few UI things we needed to get in for it and a rare related crash is being pinned down.
