So, I know what my MMR is, thanks to Scrimbot, and I know what others are when I ask them. I also know who some of the top tier players are. That being said, I see people all the time referring to knowing who the Top 10 or other Top X amount of players by MMR are. Where do you see these organized lists of all MMRs. Also recently had someone telling me that I ranked in a certain place when it came to Points/sec but I have no idea where to see something like that and again where to see where I rank amongst others.

Anyone know where I can check all that crap??

Last week there were 3 or 4 randos up there. Seems to be a thing that happens, maybe the new leaderboard opt in system causes it?

Ugh, so I go start looking at the MMR list, freaking 177... 177. Scrimbot has me listed at about 100 mmr higher than this list does. Half the names I recognize above me on the list, I dominate in game every time I see them. Can't believe I am all the way down in freaking 177. Guess I shouldn't die so much XD

Keep in mind what MMR is. It's match making ranking, an rough but functional estimation of ability for the matchmaker to use and pick servers for you. This is all it is. MMR is way to easily influenced, manipulated and is unreliable above a specific ranking. 

 

Don't trust anything to do with MMR, it's only use is balancing games. Nothing more, nothing less.

I can't help but notice a lot of names way above me in the ~2300MMR region who should certainly not be that high up the leader board, on account of how... not good they are. Maybe I should stop trying to win and just lurk around picking people off and then running away straight after; seems to be doing wonders for many guys. :-/

Don't put too much stock in the MMR number. The top edge is fairly spread out.

I was pretty excited to see I was 295 in NA a few days ago. Felt pretty good getting 84 out of my ~180 mmr I lost the week before last, and this week I lost another 70 or so. I think I'm just going to play at events for a while. I'm moving soon and I'll be getting a summer job to pay for school. I won't be able to fuzzy bunny around as much with random mech builds but I guess now i can focus on my competitive play now. Long live the raider!

I don't know what's been happening to the MMR system lately, but it's only been going down for me - even when I join 3-star matches and play well, regardless of who I kill, etc, etc. Anyone know why this is happening? I'm not playing worse. I'm now around 1830 MMR, when before I was at about 1970. A few times, this has landed me in matches in which I am OP, due to the fact that I am near the 2000 MMR in terms of skill, but 1800 in terms of rank. :/

Alternatively you can add a friend named "Scrimbot" through Hawken's ingame friends list. Once you are friends with it you can say "mmr" (minus quotations) to it and it will respond with your mmr.

I was rank 900 something before the whole namesake hacker fiasco, gotta work it back up now... not to hard but meh.... overall im not worried, being in the "middle" off mmr is okay for me considering i play with 200 ping on most occasions, middle ground seems to have most the coolest people playing anyway lol...

the elitists and people who value winning above all must more often than not be pretty unhappy because only so many slots for 1st place. but what if you played for fun found your groove and got nifty with an unusual tactic or mech/weapon combo it will feel way cooler to get good that way than the former
