I guess this goes especially for low level lobbies.

 

 

Description:

This is a small example of why the Nief is broken. I wasn't even playing well and was still able to control about every battle before I got cocky near the end. Rockets should take more Heat to fire and either need a closer range to lock or lose your lock after a certain time frame.

they just shouldn't have 100% aim, and devs need decrease rockets turn angle, to give mech ability evade it with boost. and ability which increase stats for 100% it is just lol xD
i miss closed beta times when rocketeer don't have seeker :3

So has the Nief been nerfed yet? I mean, I remember CZerofive saying it some time ago in some other thread they are going to neif it (:>) using a system that allows them to alter mech specs on the go, or somesuch.

I´d say replace the nief with a more serious mech, like a quad-hellfire c-class mech.

Thanks for the input hestoned. How is it now ? Was the nerf enough ?

In my opinion it's much more balanced. Only suggestion I have is to maybe lower the air speed just a tad. Highest in the game right now. Also players are still new. A classes still try to fight my brawler face to face all the time. Once players understand better how to play, nief will become way less used.

Not only did they roll out 2 nerfs, but it was in 2 weeks within 2 weeks of ps4 launch.

It was also well documented for the players it affected.

It should be commended how well and quickly they handled the adjustments to new content.
